About this role
【職務概要】
電子維修工程師，主要任務為負責客戶退回RMA報修的產品，進行故障問題確認，參照產品線路圖與訊號量測結果，進行異常分析與產品修復。
【主要工作內容】
1. 研華多樣化產品的故障原因分析與維修，包含整機系統產品與板卡類產品。
2. 實際依照產品組態、線路圖量測訊號進行異常檢測與維修，並善用相關分析檢測工具如示波器、電表、熱顯像儀、Side scope、X-RAY檢測機、短路分析儀…等。
3. 檢修過程中，依照故障問題可能會需要與產品管理PM、產品研發RD、產品應用AE、產品測試PE、製造品質PQE…等單位密切合作，共同找出故障真因與維修方向，進行產品修復。
【人才需具備】
1. 大學以上，電機／電子學相關科系
2. 3年以上電子維修相關實務經驗
3. 熟捻工業電腦與主機板的檢修與技巧，具備PCBA板卡電子維修與零件更換能力
4. 熟悉電腦系統組裝，Windows作業系統安裝設定，以及DOS及Linux基本指令
