About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates,
quantity take-offs, BOQs, and tender documentation for construction, infrastructure, and EPC projects. The
candidate will play a key role in project costing, budgeting, bid preparation, and commercial planning to
support successful project execution and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from drawings and specifications.
Develop project cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural, and infrastructure works.
Analyze tender documents, project requirements, and technical specifications.
Prepare rate analysis, cost breakdowns, and pricing schedules.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for estimation inputs.
Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors for cost evaluation.
Assist in tender preparation, bid submissions, and commercial proposals.
Monitor project costs and support budget control activities.
Evaluate variations, change orders, and additional work claims.
Prepare estimation reports, cost comparisons, and management presentations.
Maintain estimation databases, cost records, and historical project data.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or
a related field.
3–8 years of experience in estimation, quantity surveying, tendering, or commercial management.
Experience in EPC, infrastructure, highways, buildings, industrial, or construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, BOQs, and cost estimation principles.
