Process Associate

Job Summary

To provide support to the outside sales account managers, which allows the team to achieve maximum profitability and productivity in line with company vision and values.

• Signed Order packets are reviewed and processed within the same day
• Emails are responded to in less than 4 hours.
• Order Packets queries are followed-up with Sales Rep / Managers on a frequent basis
• All deals are reviewed prior to invoicing to ensure that Core has everything needed to recognize revenue in the proper period.
• Lease approval applications are submitted to leasing company in less than 2 hours
• Buyout Requests are responded to Sales team within 2 hours
• Deals are submitted to the leasing company within 24 hours from the date of invoicing
• Candidate should be flexible to work in any shift

Skill Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility of work hours within 7:00am-7:00pm CST, Monday-Friday
• Able to work overtime, and weekends periodically
• Works with a sense of urgency in a fast paced & high volume environment

Other Requirements

• Minimum of 0 - 1 year work experience required, previous customer service required.
• Desired college degree preferred but not required

Desirable accounting knowledge/experience.
