• Owns day-to-day delivery for client accounts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved. • Builds strong client relationships, holds regular check-ins, and addresses escalations within scope. • Prepares performance dashboards, service reports, and recommendations for improvements. • Partners with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure hiring pipelines meet client needs. • Negotiates simple renewals and contract changes within delegated authority. • Identifies opportunities to extend services and flags them to senior account managers. • Maintains compliance with contracts, invoicing accuracy, and governance standards. • Represents the client voice internally and champions service improvements. Grade Descriptor • Has understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and account needs • Identifies new opportunities and contributes to complex sales pitches • Pro actively delivers insights to client sales teams based on research • Develops own (sales) network and independently pursues compelling sales opportunities
