About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and microservices deployed natively on AWS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions, optimize system performance, and deliver robust software solutions that power our core products.

### Key Responsibilities

* Backend Development: Build, maintain, and test reliable microservices using Java and Spring Framework.

* API & System Support: Design and integrate RESTful APIs to connect backend services with user-facing features.

* Feature Integration: Assist in integrating basic AI capabilities (such as LLM APIs or cloud AI tools) and basic frontend components into existing workflows.

* Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, readable code, participate in peer code reviews, and debug production issues.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers, product managers, and team members to deliver features on schedule.

*Stays up to date with technology developments and participates in discussions on how these may improve upon the current architecture and development efficiency.Uses existing policies, procedures or instructions to solve routine or standard problems.Explains factual information of limited complexity to others in straightforward situations.

### Skills & Qualifications

Required:

* Experience: 1–2 years of professional software development experience.

* Core Tech: Strong foundational knowledge of Java and Spring / Spring Boot.

* Microservices & APIs: Hands-on experience developing microservices architectures and RESTful Web Services.

* Databases: Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

* Tools & Practices: Familiarity with Git version control, basic unit testing (JUnit), and agile team workflows.

Good-to-Have:

* Frontend: Basic exposure to React.js for full-stack collaboration or internal tooling.

* Basic AI: Familiarity with integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock) or simple prompt integration.

* Cloud/DevOps: Basic understanding of Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
