• Reviews and shortlists candidate CVs to present the most qualified candidates to clients, focusing on operational candidates and contingent workers • Administers candidate assessments, tests, or technical evaluations as required by the client, ensuring timely completion and review to fulfill high-volume staffing needs • Prepares candidates for client interviews by providing company background information, interview tips, and role expectations for operational job opportunities • Utilizes multiple sourcing methods, including social media, job fairs, and networking events, to identify potential candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements for the required roles accurately • Facilitates debrief meetings with hiring managers to discuss candidate evaluations and make informed hiring decisions • Maintains regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status and next steps, while facilitating conversations around job security, income continuity, and career path customization • develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings by proactive sourcing and engaging in conversation around candidate's long-term development goals Matches candidate skills, experiences, and aspirations to client job specifications, ensuring the best fit for permanent or freelance work staffing in the area of engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support Grade Descriptor • Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines • Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers • Performs a range of assignments related to discipline • Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; may provide informal guidance to new team members • Impacts quality and effectiveness of own team and may impact other closely related work teams whose activities are interdependent • Explains factual, sometimes complex and potentially dynamic information to others in straightforward situations.
