Role Overview
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns run efficiently, budgets are optimised, reporting is accurate, and new experiments are launched quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day execution of Google Ads (UAC/App Campaigns) and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, bid strategy, and overall campaign health across channels.
- Analyse campaign performance daily and identify optimisation opportunities to improve CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Launch, QA, and traffic creatives into live campaigns while coordinating with the creative agency on asset requirements.
- Maintain accurate campaign dashboards and reporting while sharing insights with the Growth Analyst for cohort and performance tracking.
- Quickly identify and escalate anomalies in spend, conversion rates, CPA, or tracking.
Success Metrics
Within the first 6 months, success in this role will be measured by:
- Consistent and error-free campaign execution.
- Accurate daily reporting and campaign hygiene.
- Timely identification of performance issues and optimisation opportunities.
- Effective budget management across campaigns.
- Continuous improvements in campaign efficiency through data-driven optimisation.
Must-Have Skills
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign execution, reporting, and optimisation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Comfortable working extensively with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in gaming, fintech, BFSI, investing, or trading platforms.
- Experience with app marketing or mobile acquisition campaigns.
- Familiarity with GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Looker Studio.
- Exposure to fintech, investing, or trading products.
- Basic understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and experimentation.
