We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid digital marketing campaigns across key acquisition channels. This role combines hands-on channel management with strategic thinking, data analysis, experimentation, and commercial ownership to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing multi-channel performance campaigns, meaningful media budgets, and data-driven optimization initiatives. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating cross-functionally, identifying growth opportunities, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Campaign Management

  • Own the execution, optimization, and scaling of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Manage campaign setup, bidding strategies, budget allocation, pacing, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Optimize campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, and creatives to improve efficiency and growth.
  • Lead performance campaigns for seasonal events, promotional initiatives, and always-on acquisition programs.
  • Identify opportunities to scale high-performing channels while maintaining efficient CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth.

Media Strategy & Partner Management

  • Work closely with media partners and advertising platforms to resolve technical issues, implement platform updates, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support budget allocation and channel strategy based on performance trends and business priorities.
  • Evaluate new acquisition opportunities and recommend channels or strategies with strong growth potential.

Analytics, Measurement & Reporting

  • Build and maintain performance reporting frameworks across advertising and analytics platforms.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and budget recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, conversion measurement, and campaign reporting across channels.

Creative Strategy & Experimentation

  • Partner with creative, content, and design teams to develop and test high-performing advertising creatives.
  • Define and execute structured experiments across creatives, audiences, messaging, campaign structures, and landing pages.
  • Use performance data to improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Stay updated on platform-specific creative formats, audience behavior, and paid media best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Development

  • Collaborate with Product, Data, CRM, Analytics, and Commercial teams to align paid acquisition initiatives with business objectives.
  • Partner with technical teams to resolve tracking, attribution, and platform-related challenges.
  • Mentor junior performance marketing professionals and contribute to building strong internal capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4โ€“6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital acquisition, or growth marketing.
  • Experience managing performance campaigns in e-commerce, retail, consumer brands, or high-growth digital businesses is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing significant media budgets across multiple digital channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve campaign performance and generate measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong experience across campaign strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with agencies, media partners, or junior team members is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, including Search/SEM, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads.
  • Experience with Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Apple Search Ads experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar measurement and attribution platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, experimentation, and performance measurement.
