Partner Relations Specialist

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. At present, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Partner Relations Specialist to join us in Limassol. 

Reporting to the Partner Relations Manager, this role is a great opportunity for a young professional/ graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, International Relations, or related schools - who is eager to develop a career in the Commercial field, gain exposure to the real estate industry, and build strong relationship-management and business development skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Partner Relations Manager with daily partner communication and requests.
• Share updated information, brochures, price lists, and other materials with partners.
• Assist with the onboarding and day-to-day support of new and existing partners.
• Help organize partner meetings, presentations, events, and networking activities.
• Assist during partner visits, events, and other Commercial Department activities.
• Coordinate partner requests with the relevant internal teams.
• Keep partner contact details and information updated in internal systems.
• Follow up on agreed actions and ensure partners receive the necessary information.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Partner Relations Manager.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, International Relations, or related schools.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support, hospitality, or another client-facing role will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Russian and English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Friendly and professional approach when dealing with partners and colleagues.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the Commercial Department.
