Operational Efficiency Specialist

We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. At present, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for an Operational Efficiency Specialist to join us in Limassol. 

Reporting to the Head of Operational Efficiency Department, this role will focus on analysing and improving cross-functional business processes, supporting digitalisation and automation initiatives, and ensuring that agreed processes and governance standards are effectively implemented across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes across all departments, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and proactively initiate improvement initiatives.
• Develop and optimise business processes, including process flows, ownership, checkpoints, SLAs and supporting documentation.
• Drive cross-departmental process alignment and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation and system improvements and support their implementation together with internal teams and external technology vendors.
• Work closely with department heads, process owners and technology partners to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Establish and maintain governance routines to monitor process compliance, SLAs and implementation of agreed improvements.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new systems, tools and process changes.
• Prepare analysis, reports and recommendations for management to support operational decision-making.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project operations, business/process improvement, transformation, process management or a similar role. Experience in real estate, construction or a fast-growing organisation is preferred.
• Fluent English is required; Russian and/or Greek would be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.), process design and digitalisation initiatives.
• Good knowledge of Atlassian tools, MS Excel, reporting/BI tools and AI tools.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement methodologies will be considered a strong advantage and given priority.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to understand complex cross-functional processes and translate them into practical solutions.
• Proven ability to work effectively with senior management, department heads and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and ownership-driven approach, with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
