Technicien en mécanique, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 à 10 ans en mécanique générale (tournage fraisage sur CN).

Rattaché au leader de la cellule outillage, vous fabriquerez des pièces en petites et moyennes séries, effectuerez des retouches diverses et fabriquerez l’outillage qui permettra à vos collègues (montage ou usinage) de produire.

Vos activités principales seront :

  • Réaliser la fabrication de pièces en fonction du besoin défini dans l’ERP

  • Utiliser des machines à commande numérique et traditionnelles pour effectuer des opérations d’usinage et activités connexes

  • Effectuer des contrôles réguliers de la qualité des pièces usinées en fonction des spécifications des plans/gammes/Fiche auto-contrôle

  • Effectuer la maintenance de 1er niveau (Machines, zones, 5S, ….)

  • Déclarer les non-conformités réalisées, dans l'ERP

  • Effectuer le remplissage des documents (informatique et papier), ERP (état d’avancement), TRS (OEE)

  • Régler les machines et outils nécessaires à la réalisation des différentes pièces d’usinage.

  • Réaliser les retouches de pièces

  • Créer des programmes sur commande numérique

Vous serez responsable de : 

  • Réaliser en autonomie votre activité pour le bon déroulement du processus de fabrication

  • Réaliser, respecter et appliquer les procédures en places. (Réglage, Contrôle pièces, …)

  • Choisir les outils et matériaux adaptés pour réaliser les pièces demandées

  • S’assurer de la conformité des pièces usinées par rapport aux spécifications attendues

  • Anticiper les pannes machines

  • Respecter la qualité et les délais de production

  • Assurer la maintenance des outils

  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’équipe

  • Signaler tout incident pouvant nuire à la réalisation de la fabrication dans la qualité et le délai impartie

  • Respecter les règles et les valeurs de l’entreprise

Les connaissances requises :

  • Disposer de solides connaissances en mécanique générale

  • Être capable de lire et modifier des programmes sur machine à commandes numériques

  • Maintenir une attention liée aux travaux de haute précision (micron) à réaliser

  • Être en mesure de réagir rapidement en situation d’urgence

  • Communiquer efficacement avec sa hiérarchie

  • Savoir se conformer à des processus rigoureux

  • Savoir lire un plan

  • Savoir contrôler sa production

  • Savoir régler une machine
