Deine Aufgaben im Team

Unsere Bestückung ist spezialisiert auf Kleinserien- und Prototypenproduktion für den internen Gebrauch. Dafür stehen modernste Fertigungsautomaten zur Verfügung. Hier unterstützt du uns bei folgenden Aufgaben:

• Du bist in der Fertigung von Baugruppen und Leiterplatten aktiv.
• Manuelle Bestückung: Du verlötest verdrahtete Bauteile auf die Trägerplatten (THT & SMD).
• Du lokalisierst und analysierst Fehler – von der komplexen Platine bis zur Bauteileebene.
• Fachgerecht übernimmst du die Instandsetzung und Nacharbeit (Rework) von Fehlteilen, um Ausschuss zu vermeiden.
• Du führst die Funktionsprüfung mittels elektronischen Messgeräten (Oszilloskop, Multimeter, Testadapter) durch.

Das bringst du mit

• Deine Basis ist eine technische Ausbildung, z. B. zum Industrieelektriker, Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme, Mechatroniker (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du hast Erfahrung im Feinlöten (idealerweise IPC-konform) sowie im Umgang mit Heißluft-Entlötstationen.
• Dein Auge fürs Detail zeigt sich u.a. bei der Fehlersuche und -analyse von Schaltplänen.
• Du arbeitest sauber und präzise und bringst Geduld und Fingerfertigkeit für filigrane Reparaturarbeiten mit.
• Für den administrativen Teil deiner Tätigkeit nutzt du MS Office und idealerweise Business Central routiniert.
• Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
