Deine Aufgaben

• Montage von Drehkolbenpumpen inkl. Schweißarbeiten sowie kompletten Aggregaten nach Zeichnungen und Arbeitsanweisungen
• Funktions- und Prüfstandläufe (z. B. Dichtheitsprüfungen, Laufproben) inkl. Dokumentation
• Kontrolle von Komponenten und Baugruppen auf Maßhaltigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Funktion
• Qualitätskontrollen in der Fertigung sowie Mitarbeit bei der Klärung von Abweichungen
• Wareneingangskontrolle von Komponenten und Rohmaterial
• Gravur und Kennzeichnung von Komponenten (Typen, Seriennummern, Chargen)
• Fachgerechte Verpackung inkl. Vorbereitung der Versandunterlagen
• Handling von Rohmaterial und Lagerbeständen mit ERP-/Lagersystem
• Werkstattarbeiten und Reparaturen an Drehkolbenpumpen
• Aktive Mitwirkung an 5S und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

Dein Profil

• Technische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Schlosser o. Ä.)
• Erfahrung in der Montage von Maschinen/Anlagen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
• Qualitätsbewusste, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
