Due to continued expansion we require an MEP Quantity Surveyor in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for MEP projects
- Conduct regular valuations and produce accurate cost analyses
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to optimize cost control measures
- Manage tender documents, procurement, and contract administration
- Identify and manage potential risks, variations, and change orders
- Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with MEP focus on Data Centres.
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
