Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a technical specialist in the maintenance and repair of electrical, cooling, plumbing, mechanical, and related equipment and systems.
- Ensure the store maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and visitors at all times.
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and replacements of building systems, fixtures, and equipment, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work on a regular basis.
- Operate all tools and equipment in accordance with established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Respond promptly to all emergency maintenance calls and ensure completion of work.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
- Report any security breaches or concerns to management immediately and adhere to all security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a maintanence department.
- Ability to work together in a team.
- Solid technical knowledge of electrical installations, repairs including machines and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of working methods according to work focus.
Additional Information
This position is full-time and is located in Cabo Negro - Tetouan, Morocco. Some travel may be required.
