Job Description

To plan, execute and optimize social media communication for IKEA, ensuring strong brand presence, engagement, and consistency in tone of voice while contributing to commercial and marketing objectives

Qualifications

• Act as a member of the marketing team and proactively contribute to the marketing plan.
• Plan, create, and publish social media content aligned with IKEA tone of voice, brand identity, and local relevance to achieve business results and brand KPi’s
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all social media platforms
• Adapt “global/regional”  content to local market needs while maintaining brand standards
• Manage and coordinate with external agencies for content creation, publishing, and performance optimization
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, engagement, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activity to enhance content strategy
• Support campaign execution across digital channels in alignment with omnichannel strategy
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (commercial, Food, PR, web, Sustainability… ) to ensure integrated communication
• Drive an open and collaborative working environment, reflecting IKEA values and culture
