Job Description

Develop and coordinate inspiring, relevant and consistent communication content across all customer touchpoints, working closely with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver communication that drives business results, strengthens the IKEA brand, and creates a seamless omnichannel customer experience in the local market.

The role is responsible for supporting the creation, adaptation, implementation and follow-up of campaign content across all paid, owned and earned channels, excluding day-to-day social media management, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, tone of voice,  commercial priorities and customer insights.

Qualifications

• Support the development and execution of communication campaigns that drive awareness and consideration  in the different customer meeting points . Generating and converting demand
• Develop clear and inspiring communication briefs for creative agencies and follow up the creative process from briefing to implementation.
• Coordinate the development of campaign assets for offline and online channels, including TV, radio, outdoor, print, IKEA Family, website, app, in-store and PR activations.
• Secure that all communication content is aligned with IKEA Brand values, visual identity, tone of voice and communication guidelines.
• Adapt global and regional communication materials to the local market, ensuring relevance for customers.
• Collaborate with social media  specialists to ensure campaign consistency and a unified customer experience across all channels
• Work closely with , ecom, sales, com in , sales ,  Family , and Customer Experience teams to secure integrated omnichannel communication.
• Coordinate content production with agencies, photographers, designers, copywriters and other external partners.
• Ensure consistency and quality of communication across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Follow up campaign implementation and collect learnings to improve future communication performance.
• Monitor communication trends, media developments, customer behaviors and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Support the development of IKEA Family communication initiatives (basic level)
• Build strong working relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders to secure effective collaboration and high-quality execution.
• Contribute actively to creating an open, collaborative and learning-oriented environment, acting as a role model for IKEA values.
