About this role

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

The Lead, WPS Projects & Programs is responsible for leading the planning, governance, coordination, and execution of key Workplace Services (WPS) and cross-functional HR projects and programs. The role serves as a key integrator across WPS, HR, and relevant business functions to ensure priorities are effectively translated into structured plans and sustainable outcomes.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Project & Program Execution: Lead assigned WPS and HR projects and programs from planning through implementation, ensuring clear objectives, ownership, milestones, risks, dependencies, and successful transition into ongoing operations.
  • Portfolio & Governance: Provide visibility across key projects and priorities, establish effective governance and operating rhythms, and drive accountability and timely follow-through on commitments.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Insights: Consolidate and analyze relevant data, develop dashboards and management reporting, and translate complex information into clear insights and high-quality presentations that support effective decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner across WPS, HRBPs, HRSS, Centers of Excellence, business teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate alignment, manage dependencies, and enable effective execution.
  • Change & Implementation: Support stakeholder engagement, communication, change readiness, and adoption to ensure new programs, processes, and solutions are effectively implemented and sustained.
  • Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen ways of working, improve operational efficiency, and leverage technology, automation, and digital solutions to enhance WPS and HR effectiveness and employee experience.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in project/program management, Workplace Services, HR Operations, PMO, Business Operations, or a related field, preferably within a complex or multinational organization.
  •  Demonstrated experience managing multiple cross-functional projects and programs from planning and governance through implementation and completion.
  • Strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and driving execution and follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across functions, locations, and organizational levels, including influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated capability in data analysis, management reporting, dashboards, and business presentations, with the ability to translate information into clear and actionable insights.
  • Experience in process improvement, change management, digital enablement, and implementation of new ways of working is preferred.

  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and drive multiple projects and priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, PivotTables, lookups, data consolidation, and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools, with the ability to develop dashboards and management reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong capability in developing professional presentations, data visualization, and business storytelling.
  • Ability to influence, coordinate, and build alignment across functions and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and execution gaps while driving timely follow-through.
  • Ability to leverage digital tools, automation, and technology to simplify processes, improve reporting, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions, organizational levels, locations, and cultures
