• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including developers, designers, and analysts, to ensure effective product development and delivery.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the market.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Work closely with the engineering team to oversee the development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Conduct regular product reviews and gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and improve upon existing products.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our digital offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, implementing best practices to protect user data.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and techniques, such as JIRA or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and build strong relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
