The Senior HR Coordinator (Internal Hiring) will serve as a strategic partner within Ford Rom's 1000041391 department, overseeing the full lifecycle of internal recruitment, talent mobility, and employee development initiatives. This role ensures seamless internal transitions, maintains data integrity, and drives metrics that support the organization’s growth and succession planning objectives.
- Partner with hiring managers to define internal job requisitions and talent needs.
- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment lifecycle, from posting to offer acceptance.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments for internal applicants.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity for internal moves and employee records.
- Advise employees on career development and internal mobility policies.
- Coordinate onboarding and transition processes for internal hires.
- Track and report internal hiring metrics and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Facilitate talent pipelines and succession planning initiatives.
- Lead training sessions on internal recruitment best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR coordination or recruitment experience, focusing on internal hiring.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and applicant tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
- Familiarity with employment law and internal mobility policies.
- Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
