Job summary:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven ISR Lead to guide and support the Inside Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving day-to-day sales activities, mentoring team members, and ensuring lead conversion and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and support the Inside Sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targetsManage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversionsAssist in developing sales strategies and executing campaignsMonitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedbackMaintain and track sales pipeline using CRM toolsCoordinate with marketing for lead generation and campaign effectivenessHandle client interactions, product demos, and negotiations when requiredEnsure accurate reporting of sales metrics and activitiesIdentify areas for improvement and implement best practicesHandle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirement and qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field3–6 years of experience in inside sales or business development preferably in Cloud Industry - AWS /Azure/ GCPPrior experience in a team lead or mentoring role preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic leadership and team-handling abilitiesFamiliarity with CRM tools ( hubspot )Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
