About this role
We are looking for a highly driven professional to lead business process transformation initiatives across the health insurance value chain. This role will optimize customer and claims journeys, bridge business and technology teams, and drive operational excellence through process redesign and digital enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and optimize end-to-end health business processes.
- Map customer and claims journeys to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT and digital teams.
- Ensure alignment between product design, operational processes, and system implementation.
- Support transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, operations, consulting, healthcare, or insurance.
- Strong understanding of process design, business analysis, and customer journey mapping.
- Proven ability to work across business, operations, and technology teams.
