银保业务发展部负责人

职位概述：

作为中宏人寿总部银保业务发展部负责人，您将站在公司战略高度，全面主导银保渠道的顶层设计、总对总战略合作及全国业务协同发展。依托中宏保险——国内首家中外合资寿险公司的独特优势，以及股东宏利金融集团（Manulife）的全球经验与中国中化（Sinochem Holdings）的产业金融资源，您将推动与全国性银行及重点区域性银行建立深度、可持续的合作生态，驱动银保业务高质量增长，助力公司在银行保险市场的领先地位。

核心职责：

1.银保战略规划与总部统筹

-制定并实施公司银保渠道3–5年发展战略及年度经营计划，明确目标、路径与资源配置；

-监测宏观经济、监管政策及同业动态，前瞻性调整银保业务策略；

-统筹全国银保业务节奏，确保总部战略在各区域有效落地。

2.总对总银行战略合作管理

-主导与国有大行、股份制银行、头部城商行等总行层级的战略合作谈判、协议签署及关系维护；

-推动联合产品开发、系统直连、数字化营销、培训赋能等高阶合作项目；

-建立高层互访机制，深化战略互信，提升中宏在银行合作方中的优先级。

3.产品与渠道协同创新

-联动产品精算、合规、运营等部门，设计符合银行客户画像与风险偏好的差异化保险解决方案；

-推动“保险+财富管理”场景融合，探索养老金融、家庭保障等综合服务模式；

-确保所有银保产品及销售行为严格符合监管要求（如“报行合一”、适当性管理等）。

4.全国业务支持与绩效督导

-指导并赋能各分公司银保团队，提供方法论、工具包及最佳实践；

-建立科学的KPI体系，监控全国银保产能、继续率、合规等关键指标；

-定期复盘业务表现，提出优化建议并推动执行。

5.跨部门协同与资源整合

-与科技、培训、客户服务、财务等部门高效协作，提升银保端到端客户体验；

-推动银保数字化转型，包括智能双录、线上投保、数据看板等能力建设；

6.合规与声誉风险管理

-建立健全银保渠道合规管理体系，防范销售误导、数据安全等风险；

-主导重大客诉或舆情事件的总部响应机制，维护公司品牌声誉。

任职资格：

-教育背景：硕士及以上学历优先，金融、经济、保险、管理类相关专业； 

-工作经验： 

  -10年以上寿险行业经验，其中至少6年专注银行保险领域； 

  -3年以上总部级银保管理经验，具备主导总对总银行合作的成功案例； 

  -有中外合资或大型寿险公司背景者优先； 

-核心能力： 

  -出色的战略思维、商业判断力与高层沟通影响力； 

  -精通银保渠道运作逻辑，熟悉主流银行组织架构与考核机制； 

  -强大的跨部门推动力与全国资源整合能力； 

  -高度合规意识，熟悉《保险法》《商业银行代理保险业务管理办法》等法规； 

-语言与素养：优秀的中英文表达能力，具备国际化视野与职业化素养。
