FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Fort Lee is a medical, science-based physical therapy and balance organization — spelled differently because we are different. We are seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our Fort Lee clinic. As the first point of contact for every patient, you set the standard for the experience — greeting people warmly, coordinating their care with our clinical team, and making sure each visit runs smoothly from the first phone call onward. • Location: 2160 N Central Road, Suite 103, Fort Lee, NJ 07024
  
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday — no nights and no weekends
  
• On-site role at a single, established neighborhood clinic
  

• Pay: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience

• Greet and welcome patients on arrival, setting a warm, professional tone
  
• Collect new-patient intake information and track referrals
  
• Manage patient scheduling, reminders, and cancellations
  
• Coordinate evaluations and appointments with the clinical team
  
• Verify insurance, track covered and non-covered visits, and collect copayments
  
• Send paperwork to insurance carriers for coordination of benefits
  
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA
  
• Other front-desk duties as needed
  

• High school diploma or GED
  
• Exceptional communication skills, in person and over the phone
  
• Comfort with computers; familiarity with scheduling or EHR software a plus (we use Prompt EHR)
  
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly in a busy environment
  
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team
  
• A positive, empathetic attitude and a sincere desire to help patients who are often in pain
