About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and self-motivated Field Sales Interns who are passionate about sales and building customer relationships.
In this role, you will meet prospective clients, demonstrate Webito's technology products, generate new business opportunities, and support the sales team in expanding our customer base. This internship provides practical exposure to field sales, lead generation, negotiations, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective clients to introduce and demonstrate Webito's technology products and services.
  • Generate leads through cold visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales activity and performance targets.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the Sales and Product teams.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and sales activities.
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and field visits.

  • Previous experience in campus activities, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Final-year students pursuing BBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales), B.Com, BCA, BE/B.Tech, or any relevant discipline.
  • Candidates with excellent communication skills and an interest in Sales or Business Development are preferred.
  • No prior professional experience is required.
