• Vendor identification, development and evaluation
• RFQ floating, quotation comparison and commercial evaluation
• Price and delivery negotiations
• Preparation of comparative statements and procurement recommendations
• Expediting critical materials and monitoring delivery schedules
• Coordination with Engineering, Quality, Stores, Finance and Project teams
• Handling shortages and ensuring material availability as per production/project schedules

• Incoterms and basic import procurement knowledge
• Basic understanding of GST and commercial terms
• Understanding of quality documentation such as CoC, test certificates, inspection requirements, etc.
