Job Responsibilities:

Quality of Service

• Monitoring and reviewing all patient related services to ensure high score of customer satisfaction index.
• Identifies/solves patient requirements/grievances by establishing personal rapport with them.
• Responsible for achieving operational targets set by the department.
• Coordinate with Consultants for quality patient care and smooth functioning of the department. 
• Monitor the material movement in the oncology from stores.
• Ensure that all the services are billed properly and assist patients.
• Responsible for coordinating and conducting various inhouse programs pertaining to their specific departments.

Enforcing operational policies & procedures

• Directs the operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational policies and procedures.

Liaisoning with other departments

• Coordinate with billing department for smooth discharge process.
• Responsible for coordinating with other departments for the smooth functioning of services in the department and to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
• Should maintain a very good rapport with Consultants, patients and patient attendants.

Feedback to the Management

• Collecting feedback from the patients and sending the same to CRM cell for analysis and create MIS for the management.
• Implement corrective actions to ensure patient concerns are addressed - whether people or process oriented.

Undertaking relevant Human Resource Activities

• Responsible for imparting job related training for the employees working in his department.

Reports

• Collect and submit referral doctors’ data to marketing staff.

Facility management

• To maintain hygienic standard and safe environment for their patients and employees.
