4–10 years of experience in ELV Design / Site Design Coordination, preferably in Data Centre.
Coordinate with the site team to identify and resolve design, constructability, installation and coordination issues.
Review site conditions and provide practical design solutions for ELV-related issues.
Raise, track and close RFIs, technical queries, design clarifications and DCNs.
Coordinate with Client, Consultant, PMC, Main Contractor, MEP/CSA teams and ELV vendors.
Coordinate with BIM teams for model updates, clash resolution and revised drawings based on site requirements.
Review ELV shop drawings, vendor drawings, TDS/submittals and technical documentation for design compliance.
