Job Title: E-commerce & Quick Commerce Executive
Role Objective
Terralife is looking for an E-commerce & Quick Commerce Executive to manage and grow its existing
online channels (Sidapur.com website, Amazon) and to onboard and manage new quick-commerce
platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and similar). This is an individual contributor role reporting
to the Business Development Manager, focused on day-to-day execution and platform growth rather
than offline field sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Existing Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the company website (Shopify) and
Amazon storefront — catalog upkeep, pricing, promotions, and content accuracy.
• Advertising & Promotions: Run and optimize Amazon Ads/PPC campaigns and similar on-platform
advertising to drive sales.
• Reviews & Reputation: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings across platforms to protect
and improve brand reputation.
• Quick Commerce Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and manage new quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit,
Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and similar) — including listing setup and negotiating margins/listing terms.
• Inventory Coordination: Coordinate inventory availability and sync across all online platforms to avoid
stockouts or overselling.
• Reporting: Track and report monthly performance (sales, ad spend, ratings, stock status) by platform to the
Business Development Manager.
Candidate Profile
• Experience: 1–4 years in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or D2C online sales —
hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify/WooCommerce required.
• Platform Knowledge: Exposure to onboarding or managing quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto,
Instamart, BigBasket, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable with data — Excel/reporting for sales, ad performance, and inventory
tracking.
• Digital Marketing Awareness: Basic understanding of on-platform SEO/keyword ranking and advertising
(PPC) preferred.
• Ownership: Detail-oriented and proactive, comfortable owning a channel with real revenue accountability.
• Mindset: A self-starter comfortable working with minimal structure at a small, founder-led company,
reporting into the Business Development Manager.
