Job Summary
We are hiring a Digital Performance Marketer – Meta (5–8 years) to own our paid acquisition engine across India. You will independently manage a monthly budget, driving qualified lead volume at target CPQL and building downstream sales pipeline.

Where You Can Create Impact 

• Campaign Ownership: Scale Meta (FB/IG) Ads end-to-end with ₹20L+/month spend, hitting strict CPQL and pipeline targets.
• Account Architecture: Build structured prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike layers using a mix of Advantage+ and manual controls.
• Creative Testing: Lead a high-velocity engine producing 15–25 ad variants/month (UGC, founder-led, short-form video), directing designers and video producers.
• Lead Quality Loop: Collaborate with sales on form design, intent qualification, and spam control via weekly closed-loop CRM reviews.
• Tracking & CRO: Own Pixel, CAPI, offline conversion uploads, and value-based bidding; run continuous landing page A/B tests.

Must Haves:

• 5–8 years in performance marketing, with 3+ years managing Meta Ads for B2B / SaaS / Fintech
• Proven experience managing ₹20L+/month budgets in the Indian market.
• Demonstrated ability to target SMB owners and finance ICPs without relying solely on job-title targeting.
• Hands-on expertise in Pixel, CAPI, server-side tracking, and offline conversions.
• Skilled in writing hooks, scripting, and executing structured creative sprints.
• Focus on pipeline value and CRM revenue attribution over top-of-funnel CPL.
  

Good to Haves:

• Exposure to the Indian SMB accounting or Tally ecosystem.
• Experience with Click-to-WhatsApp ads and lead-to-CRM automations.
• Secondary channel exposure (Google Ads / YouTube) and CRO tools (Webflow, Unbounce, Hotjar).
