POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Operate deburring machines to remove sharp edges and burs from machined parts according to specifications - equipment used includes, but is not limited to deburr machine, small shop equipment, hand tools and calipers, including personal protective equipment
- Maintain a clean workspace and perform quality checks on finished components to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards
- Troubleshoot and help resolve problems
- Work safely, using appropriate safety equipment and follow procedures
- Complete associated job specific paperwork, logs, time sheets, etc.
- Additional support responsibilities include driving a company van twice daily to pick up and deliver production parts from the company’s three local facilities in Salisbury, Maryland
QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY
- US Citizen or permanent resident / Green Card Holder
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic understanding of machining processes and deburring techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
