We are currently seeking a Front Office Porter to join our dynamic team and help deliver a warm, efficient and professional welcome to our guests from the moment they arrive.

As Front Office Porter, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests, responsible for handling luggage, assisting with arrivals and departures, and supporting the Front Office team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and assist with luggage to and from rooms.
• Support the Front Office team with check-in, check-out and guest requests.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief orientation of hotel facilities where required.
• Coordinate the storage and retrieval of luggage, including for group arrivals and departures.
• Assist with the delivery of guest amenities, messages and items to rooms.
• Monitor the lobby and entrance areas, ensuring they remain clean, tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Liaise with concierge, housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest handling.
• Handle guest queries and requests promptly, escalating to senior staff where necessary.
• Assist with transport arrangements, taxis and valet coordination as needed.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards, including safe lifting and handling of luggage.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar front office, concierge or porter role within hospitality is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive, approachable and professional demeanour with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and carrying luggage for extended periods.
• Well-organized, reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A smart, presentable appearance in line with front-of-house standards.
