About this role
Role
In this role based in Fiorano, Italy, you will be in charge of customer relationship management, from ordering to invoicing. This is a fixed-term role until December 2027.
Responsibilities
- Front office procedure
- Welcome the truck drivers and provide them with the Site Security Rules
- Contact with forwarders (including import/export documentation)
- Purchase orders creation
- Enter orders in SAP
- Track orders to billing
- Respond to customer requests (delivery time, invoicing, disputes, etc.)
- Support the team in case of workload
- Support for month end closure procedure
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role (order management, customer service, etc.)
- Logistics for customer service experience including with billing-shipping
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft programs
- Experience in maintaining good communication and relationships with with customers and other teams (sales, factories, amongst others)
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Rigor, autonomy
- Dynamism and problem solving
- Team spirit and mutual assistance
