Customer Service Executive

Role 

We have a great opportunity to join the Customer Services Team in Budapest, Hungary!  In this role you will be responsible for various tasks including Customer Service, Purchasing and Admin Support.   

Responsibilities

Customer Service 

• Order management for external customers 

• Where needed organise transport 

• Processing merchandise demands for customer orders 

• looking for data sheets, drawings 

• Maintain master data 

• Export permissions and custom clearance. With support of an external company 

• Supporting other CS Teams if needed, especially Poland

Purchasing 

• Placing purchase orders

• Requesting offers 

• Supporting Supplier payments and issues

Administration

• Office management - order stationary 

• Consolidation of documents 

• Post - posting/ receiving correspondence 

• Guest accommodation - booking flights, hotels, transfers, taking care of catering 

• Looking for various service and goods providers 

• back up other customer service team members when needed 

• Prove read translations and contracts if needed 

• Support the organisation of events

Requirements 

• Customer Service experience – min 4 years 

• Customer focus and service orientation

• planning & organizing skills 

• Self driven, gets things done 

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

•  Candidates must speak Very good in English and Hungarian (Polish is a plus)  

• Experience using MS Office 365

• SAP
