About this role
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and escalations across Credit Card Operations.
Key responsibilities may include:
Handling customer service inquiries and service requests.
Managing fraud-risk related customer verification, alerts, and escalations.
Handling credit card collection activities including Bucket 1, Bucket 2, and delinquent accounts.
Resolving customer complaints within defined TATs.
Managing email communications with customers professionally.
Ensuring compliance with process guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and customer interactions.
Delivering high-quality customer experience while achieving operational KPIs.

Any Graduate (Mandatory).
Freshers are welcome for Fraud Risk Management (FRM) and Customer Service processes.
Collections candidates must possess a valid DRA Certification (Mandatory).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory for FRM and Customer Service roles.
Tamil language proficiency is preferred for Collections roles.
Basic email etiquette and customer handling skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts for FRM (including 24/7 operations).
Knowledge of banking, credit cards, customer service, fraud risk, or collections will be an added advantage.
