Hiring Compensation Range: $18.58 to $20.43 per hour depending on qualifications.
Job Summary:
Provides administrative support to assigned office(s) to ensure effective and efficient daily office operations. Duties include processing student/faculty clinical compliance, maintaining records/logs to monitor confidential records, receptionist duties, handling calls and inquiries, preparing correspondence, reports, and other office support materials.
Job Duties:
• Creates, maintains and monitors all confidential records.
• Maintains appropriate records and/or logs for tracking and reconciliation purposes.
• Performs office automation work requiring the use of software applications and computer equipment. Prepares correspondence, reports, technical documents, graphs/charts, forms and other office support materials.
• Responsible for initiating and carrying out a variety of administrative and detailed duties as assigned.
• Responds to personal and telephone inquiries providing correct information and maximum assistance to the caller.
• Provides general clerical support to include typing and word processing.
• Performs other similar and related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires at least an Associate's degree or two-year College equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate semester hours) and at least two years of prior-related work experience. The position requires at least a High School diploma or GED equivalent if substituting experience for education.
