Compensation Range:

$55,053.78 - $87,400.78

Position Summary:

Hiring Compensation Range: $55,053.78 - $60,559.15 depending on qualifications.

 

Job Duties:

  • Conduct learning needs assessments and gather feedback to identify skill gaps, training priorities, and opportunities for employee development. Also, analyze and report the data collected in course surveys.

 

  • Owns the launch, facilitation and ongoing management of our leadership development efforts.

 

  • Owns the onboarding/orientation process and coordinates all aspects of the program with presenters and attendees.

 

  • Owns the SOAR Performance Evaluation process including creating training materials, including instructor-led workshops, virtual learning sessions, participant guides, job aids, video tutorials, presentations, and e-learning resources.

 

  • Owns the Performance Evaluation process for faculty, librarians, counselors and adjuncts. 

 

  • Owns the Goal setting process including creating training materials, including instructor-led workshops, virtual learning sessions, participant guides, job aids, video tutorials, presentations, and e-learning resources.

 

  • Designs and develops engaging learning content and training materials, including instructor-led workshops, virtual learning sessions, participant guides, job aids, video tutorials, presentations, and e-learning resources.

 

  • Supports the Learning and Development SharePoint site.

 

  • Supports the Learning Management System.

 

  • Facilitates training programs for employees and stakeholder groups in one-on-one, small-group, and large-group settings, creating an interactive and engaging learning environment.

 

  • Evaluates training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and learning outcomes; recommend and implement improvements to enhance program impact.

 

  • Coordinates training logistics, communications, schedules, and participant materials to ensure successful program delivery.

 

  • Maintains training records, participation data, and evaluation results; prepare reports and summaries regarding learning activities and outcomes.

 

  • Supports organizational development initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, change management and talent development.

 

  • Stays current on adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and industry best practices to continuously enhance training effectiveness.

 

  • Coordinates LinkedIn Learning communications, campaigns, and promotions. Curate content to support specific learning needs and objectives. 

 

  • Assists employees with navigation of all systems related to Learning, including Workday Learning, SharePoint, LinkedIn Learning, and other.

 

  • Vendor and library management

 

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two years of prior-related work experience
