About the Role

We are looking for a Catalog Intern to support the creation, maintenance, and quality management of product catalogs across the FirstClub platform.

The role involves collecting and organizing product information from brand websites and other reliable sources, creating and updating product listings, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring product information is standardized and complete.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and eager to learn. The role is ideal for freshers or candidates looking to build a career in e-commerce, catalog management, product data, or retail operations.

What You’ll Do

• Scrape and collect product information from brand websites and other reliable sources.

• Perform product data entry and support catalog creation across different categories.

• Clean, organize, and maintain large sets of product information.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure catalog data is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Standardize product names, descriptions, attributes, specifications, and other catalog information.

• Research product details and validate information across relevant sources.

• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent product information and help resolve data gaps.

• Maintain consistency in product data, formatting, and catalog standards.

• Support the Catalog team with day-to-day product data management requirements.

• Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and accurate catalog updates.

• Assist in improving the overall quality and completeness of product information on the platform.

Who We’re Looking For

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Comfortable working with large amounts of data and repetitive, data-intensive tasks.

• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

• Strong research and information-gathering skills.

• Good written communication skills.

• Ability to organize, structure, and manage information effectively.

• Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.

• Comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

• Strong ownership and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Interest in e-commerce, quick commerce, product data, catalog management, or retail operations is a plus.
