About the role:
As a Business & Systems Analyst, you’ll help improve the systems and processes that support our loan lifecycle. You’ll work across Operations, Sales, Product and Technology to solve problems, improve processes and deliver better ways of working.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own and improve operational processes and workflows across the loan lifecycle
  • Turn business needs into practical system and process solutions
  • Work across platforms including Zoho CRM, Amazon Connect, n8n and Zapier
  • Run workshops and discovery sessions to understand problems and identify opportunities
  • Partner with Product and Technology to design operational workflows for new products and initiatives
  • Build and manage integrations between systems using APIs, JSON and data
  • Automate manual processes using low-code and no-code tools
  • Write SQL queries to support reporting, analysis and data validation
  • Test, implement and release system and process changes
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, bottlenecks and operational problems
  • Create clear process documentation and help teams adopt new ways of working
  • Build reports and dashboards that help teams understand performance and make better decisions
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve our systems and customer experience

About you:
You’re a curious, hands-on problem solver who enjoys improving how things work. You’re comfortable working with stakeholders and getting into the detail across systems, data and processes. You’ll bring strong analytical skills, technical curiosity and a genuine sense of ownership from problem through to solution.

You will ideally have:
  • 2+ years’ experience in business analysis, systems analysis, operations or a similar role
  • Strong experience with a CRM such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
  • Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data
  • Experience with APIs, integrations and JSON
  • Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier or similar
  • A track record of improving processes and implementing system changes
  • Experience with telephony or contact centre platforms such as Amazon Connect is a bonus
