Support the Retail Expansion team by managing expansion data, maintaining project trackers, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting for store expansion projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update site acquisition, lease, and store opening trackers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Finance, Operations, and Design teams for project progress and approvals.
- Manage and organize expansion-related documents, including site proposals, LOIs, lease agreements, and approvals.
- Track project timelines and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely store launches.
- Schedule meetings, record MOMs, and support management reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in MIS, coordination, administration, or project support.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
