The MDDI’s Transformation Office is looking for someone who shape meaningful employee engagements and build communication strategies, to foster a culture where people feel connected, empowered, and heard.
This role is not for someone who likes to follow a script or work alone. You will have to make sense of ambiguity and co-create change with stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering interventions that build organisation and/or team effectiveness, psychological safety and change readiness
- Conceptualising and facilitating interventions based on OD and applied behavioural sciences to facilitate leadership alignment, formulate strategy, foster team effectiveness and organisational or public sector change initiatives
- Partnering with multi-disciplinary teams and leaders to understand their challenges and co-create solutions
- Conducting pulse or other ground sensing surveys and analysing such data to keep abreast of divisional/ organisational health and propose data-driven initiatives
- Developing and executing internal communications strategies and working closely with key stakeholders to align internal communications with the organisation’s goals and values
- Identifying opportunities to promote employee engagement and foster a positive organisation culture
- Creating and delivering compelling content including speeches, publications and presentations relevant to intended organisational outcomes and goals
- 4-6 years of experience in employee engagement, organisation development or facilitation (position offered will commensurate with applicant’s experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in collating and presenting data, comfortable with numbers
- Proven ability to think, plan, and execute multiple organisation-wide projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving, data analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders, showing strong self-awareness
- Experienced in providing communications guidance to executive leaders and devising communications strategies
