Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Diagnostic Services
- Examine, analyze, and interpret laboratory specimens and diagnostic test results.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of laboratory findings.
- Guide clinicians on appropriate test selection and interpretation of results.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and accreditation standards.
- Participate in clinical discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings when required.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Monitor and maintain quality control and quality assurance programs.
- Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, JCI, and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Investigate laboratory errors, discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in internal and external quality assessment programs.
