ServiceNow Business Analyst - Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for HAM processes.
- Analyze and improve asset lifecycle management (procurement, deployment, repair, RMA, disposal).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support ServiceNow HAM implementation and enhancements.
- Perform UAT testing and coordinate issue resolution.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and compliance metrics.
- Ensure IT Asset Management governance and process compliance.
Skill Requirements
-
5+ years of ServiceNow HAM experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITAM, HAM, CMDB, and ITSM.
- Experience with inventory, stockroom, asset tracking, and RMA processes.
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management expertise.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
