Actuarial AI Transformation Lead

Position Responsibilities:

• 搭建自动化精算报表流程

• 建设精算知识库（Actuarial Knowledge Base）

• 搭建多源数据驱动的预测性精算指标平台

• 横向协同与项目管理（长期职责，但上任即需开展）

Required Qualifications:

• 6年以上寿险精算相关经验。

• 扎实的Python/SQL工程能力，能够编写生产级数据管道、调度脚本及自动化流程（非仅分析用途）。
• 熟悉数据湖/数据仓库概念，具备从多源系统（财务、保单管理、投资、理赔）整合数据的实操经验。
• 国内外知名大学精算、统计、数学、金融工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 持有或接近取得正精算师资格（FSA/FIA/FCAS等），熟悉寿险精算核心领域：准备金评估、偿付能力、价值管理、再保、ALM。

Preferred Qualifications:

• 有精算科技/精算AI岗位经验。

• 熟悉Axis精算软件及云原生架构（AWS/Azure/阿里云）

• 熟悉DAMA数据管理知识体系或具备CDMP认证。
• 有带领或教练精算新人学习编程/自动化工具的经历。
