🎯 What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable PetroApp products and services.
- Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly account management and sales targets.
- Follow up on client requests, issues, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and records.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and sales activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase client engagement and revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a related role.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, fleet management, mobility, or technology-related businesses is a plus.
