Job Purpose

To provide safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients by following clinical protocols, maintaining patient safety standards, and supporting the multidisciplinary healthcare team in delivering effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital policies and clinical protocols.

• Assess patients' health conditions and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and clinical progress.

• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, nursing notes, medication administration, and other clinical records.

• Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and clinical interventions.

• Monitor patients for any deterioration or changes in condition and promptly escalate concerns to the concerned doctor or senior nursing staff.
