Job Summary

The Nursing Officer is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients. The role involves assessing patient needs, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols and clinical standards.

• Assess and monitor patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.

• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by the physician.

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing records, patient charts, medication records, and nursing documentation.

• Assist doctors during clinical procedures, examinations, and emergency interventions.

• Identify changes in the patient's condition and promptly report them to the concerned physician/Nursing In-charge.
