Senior Clinical Nurse

Job Purpose

To provide high-quality, safe, and evidence-based nursing care to patients while supervising nursing activities, supporting junior nurses, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their clinical needs and individual care plans.

• Assess patients' health conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly identify changes in clinical status.

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the treating physician.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, medication administration, and patient progress.

• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care and treatment plans.

• Supervise and guide Staff Nurses, Junior Nurses, and other nursing team members.

• Ensure proper implementation of nursing protocols, infection-control practices, patient-safety standards, and hospital policies.
