Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Website Content Ownership: Manage the official product catalog and content calendar to ensure alignment with local and global campaigns.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyse user behaviour using GA4/Adobe Analytics to drive CRO, A/B testing, and UX / UI improvements.
Modern Search AI: Implement SEO strategies and adapt to the new era of search (GEO/AEO). Utilize Gen-AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to scale content and asset localization.
Hands-on Execution: Build and optimize landing pages and edit visual assets/banners using Adobe Photoshop.
Cross-functional Project Management: Coordinate with global and local teams (Product, IT, Marketing, eStore) and manage external agencies to deliver digital initiatives on time and on budget.
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing a corporate website, digital properties, or e-commerce platforms
Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS (Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM is a major plus).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 / Adobe Analytics.
Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills for daily asset adaptation.
Proven experience leveraging Gen-AI tools to enhance daily workflows (content, visuals, research).
Deep understanding of SEO, UX principles, and mobile-first design.
Fluent English and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
