Prod. Innovation Engineer

Position Summary

1. Build a human and physical support system to achieve production goals at manufacturing sites.
2. Contribute to stabilization of production by ensuring all equipment on site is ready for use on time.
3. Promote self-management and stabilize manufacturing site to foster a good manufacturing culture.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Administrative support] Perform expenses, attendance and other general administrative tasks and help create administrative output with the cooperating department.

2. [Cost reduction] Support classifying cost reduction items and help identify and improve the related issues of each components.

3. [Asset and consumables management] Perform to calibrate equipment, provide consumable supplies, and support activities for production improvement.

4. [Promotion of self-management activities] Participate actively in QC (Quality Control) circle and proposal of improvement plans and support PRO (Process, Rule, Ownership) - 3M (My machine, My area, My job ) activity.

5. [Application of new products and change management] Understand the characteristics of the manufacturing site and support early adaptation by checking all items required when mass production of new products is required or other changes occur.

Skills and Qualifications

• A skilled or highly-skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways

• May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways

• Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative

• May determine methods and procedures on new assignments

• May mentor or coach team members

• Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience since TB1
